Val Ramanand, CEO
A respected leader with decades of experience, Val Ramanand previously served as the CEO of TBM Service Group, one of Canada’s largest and most innovative facility maintenance organizations. Under his leadership, TBM serviced major airports, universities, transit systems, commercial towers, and national institutions; earning a reputation for unmatched quality and operational excellence.
In addition to his operational leadership, Val has been a pioneer in the adoption of advanced disinfection technologies within the facility services industry. Throughout his career, he has consistently championed the use of modern equipment and technology-driven processes to improve service quality, consistency, and outcomes for clients.
Today, Val brings that same global perspective and high-performance approach to International Facility Services, helping clients in El Salvador access a level of service previously unavailable in the local market.
